About This Studio

Homeboy Industries is a nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles that provides tattoo removal services alongside job training, mental health support, and reentry programs for formerly gang-involved individuals and those recently released from incarceration. The tattoo removal program is a core part of their rehabilitation services, helping clients remove gang-related tattoos that may present barriers to employment. Founded by Father Greg Boyle, the organization operates out of a facility in the Chinatown neighborhood of Los Angeles.
